From digital impression intake to print-ready STL manufacturing files delivered into your lab queue.

Submit digital scans
Upload STL, OBJ or PLY files through the secure portal. Attach intraoral photographs, a cephalometric radiograph or CBCT DICOM where the case needs them. A case number is issued straight away.

Rapid case assessment
On intake the triage team checks scan quality, occlusal registration and missing contact anatomy, and comes back to you if anything would hold the plan up.

CAD precision planning
Dedicated CAD technicians segment the arches, build the setup to your prescription, check for collisions, place attachments and stage the movements at safe velocities.
- 04
Clinical orthodontic review
On the ortho-reviewed tier a licensed orthodontist audits the movement table, anchorage balance, biological limits and IPR feasibility before the plan is sent.

Interactive 3D viewer and revisions
Open the setup in your browser on any device. Comment on a tooth, a stage or a contact, request changes, or approve. Each revision is a new numbered version.

Final production STL delivery
Download print-ready hollowed models, attachment template files and the IPR schedule under the same case number. The 8-hour fast track is available on request.
Revisions are versions
A change request produces a new numbered version. Previous versions are never overwritten, so the history of every decision stays with the case.

Questions doctors ask
- How does the 8-hour turnaround work?
- The expedited track can be requested on the CAD Designer and Ortho-Reviewed tiers and may carry a supplement. The case goes to the CAD team on shift in the active time zone, and the staging, the interactive 3D review link and the PDF report are delivered to your portal within 8 hours. The clock starts once the case is accepted and all required records have been received. Standard cases are delivered within 2 working days.
- What is the revision policy if I need changes?
- Every case includes revisions until you approve. Comment on a tooth, a stage, an attachment or an IPR contact in the web viewer, or describe the change in general, and the revised plan comes back as a new numbered version. Earlier versions are kept.
- Does the doctor approve the final plan?
- Always. The treating clinician retains final clinical control. Only a version the doctor approves moves toward production.
- Can I review the plan online?
- Yes. Approved reviewers open the plan in the browser, rotate the model, switch between initial, stages and final, and comment directly on the case.
