- How does the free first case work?
- One eligible case per practice, on the CAD Designer or Ortho-Reviewed tier, at no charge. Included deliverables and any exclusions are listed before submission. Create an account for your clinic or laboratory and submit the case; no card and no contract are needed.
- Why are there no prices on this page?
- Because a case's price depends on the service type, the tier, the volume and the workflow you need. We confirm pricing in writing before the first paid case, and it does not change during the engagement.
- What does a case include?
- Everything the service type and tier cover: the setup, staging, attachment and IPR planning as applicable, online review, revisions until you approve, and production files after approval.
- What is the standard turnaround?
- Standard cases are delivered within 2 working days. The turnaround clock starts once the case is accepted and all required records have been received. If records are missing, the case is marked Incomplete records and you are told what is needed.
- Is the 8-hour turnaround extra?
- The 8-hour expedited track can be requested on the CAD Designer and Ortho-Reviewed tiers, under every pricing structure. It may carry a supplement; if it does, the amount is confirmed in writing with your pricing before you use it. It is not available on the Prof. Dr. Ali Raza Consult tier.
- Are revisions charged separately?
- Revisions requested during review are part of the case. A refinement from new scans after treatment has started is a new case.
- Can a laboratory be invoiced on behalf of its doctors?
- Yes. Laboratory and enterprise arrangements are invoiced to the laboratory, with cases grouped by doctor where useful.
