Questions about pricing
- Why are there no prices on this page?
- Because a case's price depends on the service type, the volume and the workflow you need. We confirm pricing in writing before the first case, and it does not change during the engagement.
- What does a case include?
- Everything the service type covers: the setup, staging, attachment and IPR planning as applicable, online review, revisions until you approve, and production files after approval.
- Are revisions charged separately?
- Revisions requested during review are part of the case. A refinement from new scans after treatment has started is a new case.
- Can a laboratory be invoiced on behalf of its doctors?
- Yes. Laboratory and enterprise arrangements are invoiced to the laboratory, with cases grouped by doctor where useful.
