Your first case is free

One eligible case per practice, on the CAD Designer or Ortho-Reviewed tier, at no charge. Included deliverables and any exclusions are listed before submission. No card, no contract.

Minimum records

Every case:

Upper and lower scans (STL, OBJ, PLY)
Bite scan or registration
Your written prescription and objectives

Also required for:

Clear aligner, setup and IPR cases: intraoral photographs
Complex cases: full photographs, panoramic and lateral ceph
MARPE: a CBCT (DICOM)
Expanders: a CBCT, or a panoramic radiograph
Space maintainers: a panoramic radiograph
Twin block: a second bite in the functional position
Refinements: new scans and bite with the aligners out

If anything required is missing or unusable, the case is marked Incomplete records and you are emailed what is needed. The turnaround clock starts once the case is accepted and all required records have been received.

Privacy

We ask for a case reference, never a patient name. Files are stored outside the web root and served only to you and the planning team.
